I achieve this through a passion for scale and proportion, meticulous selection of materials and trim, and an outside-in design approach, where we first make the house beautiful from the outside and then work inward to create a comfortable flow.

How I work
As an Architectural Designer, I create beautiful exterior elevations, then design the inside to suit your needs with beautiful room proportions as well as functional flow. If I need to modify the exterior once floor plans are complete, I do so with the balance and beauty of the home’s exterior as a top priority.
The better option
I charge an hourly rate, and you have control over how much or how little I am involved. Once your home’s initial design is approved, I engage an Engineer to provide submittable plans for permitting purposes, all for a fraction of the fee an architect would charge.
